1. Serious belt speed deviation

(1) Adjust the offset adjuster: The belt speed deviation of the roller conveyor line can be adjusted by adjusting the offset adjuster to achieve a small value of the belt speed deviation.
(2) Replace the roller: If the belt speed deviation is serious, the roller can be replaced or the roller can be trimmed to achieve a more stable belt speed.
2. Motor failure
Motor failures in roller conveyor lines are generally divided into two types: motor failure and circuit failure.
(1) Failure of the motor itself: Motor aging, poor coil contact, motor overload and other phenomena can cause motor failure. Solution: Replace with a new motor or perform motor repair.
(2) Circuit failure: The main manifestation of circuit failure is that the motor does not respond after being turned on or cannot be restarted after being shut down. Solution: Check the electrical appliances and circuits, check the electronic control module, operate the reset button on the circuit board, etc.
3. The strap is worn
When the roller conveyor line is used for a long time, the friction between the belt and the roller will cause wear and tear. When the belt is damaged, the transmission capacity of the equipment will be greatly reduced. For this situation, the following methods can be taken:
(1) Replace straps: Straps that have been used for a long time need to be inspected. If problems such as aging or wear are found, new straps should be replaced in time.
(2) Adjust the fastening bolts: Check the fastening bolts of the roller conveyor line. If they are loose, tighten them in time.
4. Reducer failure
The reducer is an important part of the roller conveyor line, controlling the speed and steering of the equipment. Therefore, reducer failure will directly affect the normal operation of the equipment. For reducer failure, the following methods can be taken:
(1) Inspect and maintain the reducer: Inspect and maintain the reducer at regular intervals, and lubricate it once a month.
(2) The problem is that the reducer itself is faulty: If the reducer fails, you should first check whether the transmission and gears inside the reducer are damaged. If so, repair or replace them in time.
