Tem as vantagens de uma estrutura simples, movimento flex\u00edvel e baixo custo, por isso \u00e9 favorecida por cada vez mais empresas. No entanto, existem tamb\u00e9m algumas falhas comuns na linha transportadora de rolos, que afectam o seu funcionamento normal. De seguida, analisaremos as falhas e os m\u00e9todos de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da linha transportadora de rolos.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>1. Desvio grave da velocidade da correia<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Os desvios graves da velocidade da correia nas linhas transportadoras de rolos s\u00e3o geralmente causados por erros do equipamento. H\u00e1 duas raz\u00f5es para o erro: uma \u00e9 o espa\u00e7amento inconsistente entre os rolos, e a outra \u00e9 o erro do dispositivo. Podemos resolver este problema atrav\u00e9s dos seguintes m\u00e9todos:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>(1) Ajustar o regulador de desvio: O desvio da velocidade da correia da linha transportadora de rolos pode ser ajustado atrav\u00e9s do ajuste do regulador de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o para obter um pequeno valor do desvio da velocidade da correia.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>(2) Substituir o rolo: Se o desvio da velocidade da correia for grave, o rolo pode ser substitu\u00eddo ou o rolo pode ser aparado para obter uma velocidade mais est\u00e1vel da correia.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>2. Falha do motor<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>As avarias do motor nas linhas de transporte de rolos dividem-se geralmente em dois tipos: avaria do motor e avaria do circuito.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>(1) Falha do pr\u00f3prio motor: O envelhecimento do motor, o mau contacto da bobina, a sobrecarga do motor e outros fen\u00f3menos podem causar a avaria do motor. Solu\u00e7\u00e3o: Substituir por um motor novo ou efetuar uma repara\u00e7\u00e3o do motor.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>(2) Falha do circuito: A principal manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o de falha do circuito \u00e9 o facto de o motor n\u00e3o reagir depois de ser ligado ou n\u00e3o poder ser reiniciado depois de ser desligado. Solu\u00e7\u00e3o: Verificar os aparelhos e circuitos el\u00e9ctricos, verificar o m\u00f3dulo de controlo eletr\u00f3nico, acionar o bot\u00e3o de reset na placa de circuitos, etc.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>3. A correia est\u00e1 gasta<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Quando a linha transportadora de rolos \u00e9 utilizada durante muito tempo, a fric\u00e7\u00e3o entre a correia e o rolo provoca desgaste. Se a correia estiver danificada, a capacidade de transmiss\u00e3o do equipamento ser\u00e1 muito reduzida. Para esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o, podem ser adoptados os seguintes m\u00e9todos:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>(1) Substituir as precintas: As correias que foram utilizadas durante muito tempo devem ser inspeccionadas. Se forem detectados problemas como o envelhecimento ou o desgaste, devem ser substitu\u00eddas atempadamente por novas correias.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>(2) Ajustar os parafusos de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o: Verificar os parafusos de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o da linha transportadora de rolos. Se estiverem soltos, aperte-os atempadamente.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>4. Falha do redutor<\/p><p>O redutor \u00e9 uma parte importante da linha transportadora de rolos, controlando a velocidade e a dire\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento. Por conseguinte, a avaria do redutor afectar\u00e1 diretamente o funcionamento normal do equipamento. Para a falha do redutor, podem ser adoptados os seguintes m\u00e9todos:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>(1) Inspecionar e manter o redutor: Inspecionar e manter o redutor em intervalos regulares, e lubrific\u00e1-lo uma vez por m\u00eas.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>(2) O problema \u00e9 que o pr\u00f3prio redutor est\u00e1 defeituoso: Se o redutor falhar, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio verificar primeiro se a transmiss\u00e3o e as engrenagens no interior do redutor est\u00e3o danificadas.
